Studio Notarile Ferraro is founded by Notary Massimiliano Ferraro, who was appointed notary in Pioltello following his victory in the notary competition announced by decree of Dec. 3, 2019, published in G.U. no. 97 of December 10, 2019 – 4th special series, after brilliantly practicing as a lawyer in corporate, real estate and civil law matters and after a past as a blue medal athlete on the 100 meters.
Thanks to the support of its team of excellence, the firm is able to handle complex practices in real estate and corporate matters, providing clients with specialized and personalized assistance.

The organization
The notary, who is entrusted with the entire direction of the notary’s business, is supported by associates with responsibility for each practice who are represented by attorneys, doctors of law and other specialized assistants, with expertise primarily in corporate and real estate transactions, so as to provide clients with continuous and tailor-made assistance.
Each practice is carefully followed, ensuring the highest level of competence and accuracy.
The offices
The studio has two locations.
The Milan office is located at 37 Viale Tunisia, in the immediate vicinity of Piazza della Repubblica, a stone’s throw from downtown Milan and the Central Station.

Locations can be easily reached by car, subway, or public transportation. Parking for the Milan office is 10 m from the office, on Via Manuzio, while for the Pioltello office, there is the possibility of parking on the white stripes (no fee) in the immediate vicinity on Via Puglie.
